Clean, labeled, tested cabling is the foundation under every network, camera, phone and conference room you will ever install, and the cheapest thing to get right the first time. We design and install structured cabling for offices, warehouses, retail, multifamily, medical and new construction.
We work with everyone, small or big. The scope changes with the project. The standard of the work does not.
Structured cabling is designed against the standards that govern it, with telecom room locations, pathways, cable categories and counts decided before anything is pulled. We coordinate with the architect, the electrician and the general contractor on new construction and fit outs, and we survey existing buildings carefully, because the cabling in an older building is often a sediment of four previous tenants that nobody labeled.
Cat6 remains right for most workstation drops. Cat6A is what we run to wireless access points and anywhere multi gigabit or high power over Ethernet is likely over the life of the building. Fiber connects floors, buildings and anything beyond the distance copper can reach. We will specify plainly rather than up selling, and we will tell you where spending a little more now saves a rewire in five years.
We design and install the networks, the camera systems, the access control and the conference rooms that the cabling carries, so the person designing the infrastructure is the person who will have to live with it. That removes the gap between the cabling contractor and the network contractor where problems usually live.
Every cable is labeled at both ends. Every run is tested and certified, with results delivered to you. Racks are dressed properly, patch panels are logical, and you get drawings showing what goes where. It sounds basic and it is the thing most buildings are missing when we walk in.
It is priced per drop plus the telecom room equipment, and the largest variable is pathway difficulty. Open ceilings are quick. Finished walls, slabs and long runs through an occupied building are not. We survey first and quote in writing.
Cat6 for most desk drops, Cat6A for access points and anything that may need multi gigabit speed or high power over Ethernet. We specify by location rather than running the expensive cable everywhere.
Yes. We schedule the noisy and disruptive work around your hours, protect finishes and keep the site clean. Most of our commercial work is in buildings that stay open while we do it.
Our crews work out of Loudon, New Hampshire and Dallas, Texas, covering New England and North Texas directly. For projects elsewhere we design and specify, then coordinate a trusted field partner for the installation under our supervision.
