Know who came through which door and when, revoke a lost key from your phone, and stop re keying the building every time someone leaves. We design and install access control for offices, warehouses, medical practices, multifamily buildings and multi site businesses.
We work with everyone, small or big. The scope changes with the project. The standard of the work does not.
Not every door needs a credential. Some need a reader, some need only a sensor telling you they were propped, and some should be left alone. We start by walking the building and deciding, door by door, what the system should do: who may enter, when, and what happens when the power fails or the fire alarm sounds. Every electrified door has to be designed to either release or stay locked on power loss, and the right answer depends on the code and on what the door protects. That choice is made on paper during design, not discovered during the first storm.
Mobile credentials have matured enough that most of our clients now carry their keys on a phone, with physical cards or fobs kept for contractors and visitors. Lost phones and departed staff are revoked in seconds rather than by re keying. For higher security doors we specify readers and credentials that cannot be cloned with a device bought online, which rules out a surprising amount of what is still being installed.
Management is cloud based or on premises depending on your preference and your compliance needs, with an audit trail of every event and the ability to manage multiple sites from one screen.
Access control is far more useful tied to video and the alarm. A door forced after hours brings up the camera. A credential used at the back entrance is matched to footage of the person using it. We install camera systems as well, so the integration is designed in rather than negotiated between vendors later. Elevator control, parking gates and intercoms for visitor entry are all part of the same design.
Electrified hardware, readers, controllers and cabling are installed cleanly and documented. We coordinate with your locksmith, your electrician and the fire alarm contractor where a door touches life safety. Staff are trained on the management software, and we offer a maintenance agreement that keeps the system current and replaces a failed reader before it becomes a locked out morning.
A small cloud managed system on a handful of doors is a modest project, and the cost scales with door count, the hardware each door needs and whether elevators, gates and intercoms are involved. The largest variable is usually the electrified door hardware rather than the readers. We quote in writing with equipment and labor separated.
Sometimes, if they use a secure format. Many older cards can be cloned trivially and are the first thing we recommend replacing. We will tell you which category yours fall into.
Each door is designed to behave a specific way, releasing or staying secured, according to the code and what it protects. Controllers run on battery backup so the system keeps working through an outage. This is decided during design and documented.
Yes. Cloud managed platforms handle multiple sites from one screen, with credentials that work across locations and a single audit trail. We design and support those for multi site businesses nationwide, with field partners for installation where we do not have a crew.
