Camera systems designed around the events you need to prove, not around a camera count. We design, install and support video surveillance for businesses from a single storefront to a multi site operation, with footage you can find in seconds and a system your insurer will recognize.
We work with everyone, small or big. The scope changes with the project. The standard of the work does not.
A useful commercial system answers specific questions. Who came through this door at this time. What happened at this register. Which vehicle was at the loading dock. We place cameras to answer those questions at a resolution that makes a face or a plate legible, which usually means fewer cameras than the quote you got elsewhere and far more useful footage.
We walk the site first and agree every camera position on location, because a field of view argued over a floor plan rarely survives contact with a real building. You get a layout showing what each camera sees before anything is ordered.
Every system we install is IP cameras over Power over Ethernet, recording to a network video recorder sized for the camera count and the retention you actually need. Resolution and frame rate are set per camera so the storage goes where it earns its keep. We specify equipment that is compliant with federal procurement rules where that matters to you, and we avoid the brands that have been removed from the approved lists.
Cameras and the recorder sit on their own network segment with their own credentials, not on the same flat network as the point of sale and the office printer. They are computers holding records about identifiable people and we treat them that way.
A camera system becomes far more useful when it is tied to access control and the alarm panel. A door forced after hours pulls up the right camera automatically. A credential used at the back entrance is matched to the video of the person using it. We design and install access control as well, so the two systems are one conversation rather than two vendors pointing at each other.
Cable goes in labeled at both ends and documented. On an occupied site we schedule the disruptive parts around your trading hours. The system is commissioned and each camera tuned for the light it will actually face at the hours that matter. We finish by showing whoever will use it how to find footage, because a system nobody can operate is not a security system.
After installation we offer a maintenance agreement that keeps firmware current, checks recording health and replaces a failed camera before you discover the gap during an incident.
Fewer than most quotes suggest, if they are placed properly. Start from the events you need to be able to prove and cover those points at a useful resolution. A site walk tells us quickly, and the layout we give you shows exactly what each camera will see.
That is a design decision and it drives the recorder size. Thirty days is common, some businesses and some insurers want ninety. We size the storage to the retention you choose rather than to a number printed on a box.
Often we can keep the cameras and cabling that are sound and replace only what is limiting the system. We will tell you honestly which is which rather than selling you a full replacement.
Our installation teams work out of New Hampshire and Texas. For sites elsewhere we design the system, supply and configure the equipment, and coordinate a trusted field partner for the physical installation, with everything on one platform and one point of contact.
