Rooms where someone who has never seen the equipment can walk in, join the meeting and be seen and heard, without a cable swap or a call to IT. We design and install conference room AV from a huddle room to a boardroom, on the platform your company actually runs.
We work with everyone, small or big. The scope changes with the project. The standard of the work does not.
Display size, camera placement, microphone coverage and speaker placement are decided by the room's dimensions, its table, its glass and its ceiling, not by what comes in a box. A long boardroom needs a different microphone approach from a square huddle room. A room with a glass wall needs acoustic help. We measure, we design, and we specify equipment certified for the platform your team uses.
A dedicated room system, where the room itself is the meeting participant and joins with one touch, is the right answer for any room used daily. A bring your own device setup, where the laptop plugs in and uses the room's camera and microphones, suits occasional rooms and keeps the cost down. Both are valid and we will tell you which each room should be. Where you have both platforms in the company, we design rooms that handle either.
Licensing, device management and the admin side are part of the job. A room that works today and is unmanaged will drift, and we set up the management so your IT team, or we, can see every room's health from one place.
Remote participants forgive a mediocre picture and never forgive bad audio. Microphone coverage of every seat, echo control, and speakers placed so the far end sounds natural are the difference between a room people use and a room people avoid. Acoustic treatment, which can look like decor rather than foam, often does more for a hard room than any amount of equipment.
Cabling is run cleanly, equipment is mounted properly, and the room is commissioned and tested on the actual platform with a real call. A room is finished when someone who has never seen it can join a meeting and be heard. We train the people who will use it and we document the configuration. Maintenance agreements keep firmware current and rooms monitored.
A certified huddle room system on Teams or Zoom is a modest fixed project. A boardroom with ceiling microphones, multiple cameras, acoustic treatment and room control is a larger one. The variables are room size, audio complexity and whether the room needs to be a dedicated system or a bring your own device space. We quote in writing with equipment and labor separated.
Whichever platform your company lives on. Certified hardware exists for both and some rooms can do either. We design for the platform you use daily and make sure a guest on the other one can still join.
Often. Many underperforming rooms have adequate hardware placed or configured badly. We assess the room, keep what is sound, and change what is limiting it rather than starting over.
Our crews are based in New Hampshire and Texas. For offices elsewhere we design the rooms, supply and configure the equipment, and coordinate a field partner for the physical installation, with one point of contact and one standard across every office.
