One number to call, a written scope, and a technology environment that is maintained on a schedule instead of attended to when it breaks. We provide managed IT for businesses from five people to several hundred, delivered remotely anywhere in the country and on site from our New Hampshire and Texas bases.
We work with everyone, small or big. The scope changes with the project. The standard of the work does not.
It means the network, the servers, the workstations, the cloud tenant and the backups are monitored and maintained on a schedule, patches are applied, security tooling is running and watched, and when something breaks you call one number and it gets handled. It is the difference between having IT and having an IT problem.
We are deliberately plain about what is included. You get a written scope, a written response commitment, and documentation of your own environment that belongs to you rather than to us. If you ever leave, you leave with your passwords, your network diagram and your licenses in your hands. That should be standard and too often is not.
The majority of day to day support is handled remotely and it should be, which is why we serve clients across the country without a local office in every city. Monitoring, patching, help desk, Microsoft 365 administration, backup management and security operations are location independent.
Where hands on work is needed, our teams work out of Loudon, New Hampshire and Dallas, Texas, and we do our own structured cabling, networking, conference rooms and camera systems. For clients elsewhere we coordinate trusted field partners for the rare job that needs someone in the room.
If you have an internal IT person or a small team, we work alongside them rather than replacing them. A common arrangement has us carrying the infrastructure, the security tooling and the backups while your people carry the applications and the users. It is often the best value of anything we offer, and it gives your person a bench to lean on.
Most small businesses do not need an enterprise security program and will not sustain one. What they do need is multi factor authentication everywhere it can be turned on, endpoint protection that someone actually watches, backups that have been tested by restoring something, patching that happens, email protection, and an honest inventory of what is connected. That is built into our managed service rather than sold as an extra. For businesses with compliance obligations, see our dedicated cybersecurity services.
We begin with an assessment. What you have, what state it is in, what is actually causing the problems you have been living with, and what it would cost to put right. You get that in writing whether or not you go on to work with us.
From there we agree a scope and a monthly figure per user or per device, and we work through the backlog in priority order rather than all at once. Nothing about that requires a long contract before you know what you are buying.
Most small and mid sized businesses pay a fixed monthly fee per user or per device that covers monitoring, patching, help desk, backup management and security tooling, with project work quoted separately. The figure depends on headcount, number of sites and what is in scope, and anyone quoting you before seeing your environment is guessing. The assessment produces a real number.
Probably not. A business with five people and a point of sale system has the same exposure to a failed backup or a compromised email account as one with fifty. The right scope for a small business is smaller, not absent.
No. Managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud are delivered anywhere in the United States. On site work such as cabling, cameras and conference rooms runs out of our New Hampshire and Texas bases, and we coordinate field partners elsewhere when a job needs hands on a site.
Agreements are written so you can leave easily. We separate recurring support from one off remediation so you can see both, and we would rather earn the renewal than lock you in.
